Yes, it's a dream come to reality to right now! I never expected to make it into any one of them. But as the acceptance letters started to arrive I could actually measure myself up to my expectations. Still, I am waiting for the ONE. Definitely, it has to be the University of Melbourne which is the coveted one.
Well, Uni Melb just simply fascinates me. If I am lucky enough then I will see myself enrol into their prestigious Masters in Publishing and Communication within their department, popularly known as GHSS. The acronym stands for Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences that stands 13th in the world and 1st in Australia!
As Abhay first suggested me to apply for that Oceanic part of the world to study, it was later that sparked within me to actually pursue it seriously. Apart from it being a very costly affair to go and study there for the next two years, I am assured that this event in my career would catapult me to the horizon of opportunities of highly professional in nature.
There were incidents that have made my faith strengthen towards fulfilment of my goal. The whole period of applying to the universities was crucial and equally stressful. Before that it was much cumbersome to finalise the universities to apply for. Yet thankfully, my counsellors were keeping the pace of time and I could finish everything on time. However, the most surreal moment was when I first received the offer from Monash University.
The most awaited one is University of Melbourne which usually takes up a lot of time to revert to students. But if not Uni Melb then definitely, Monash University.
Once I reach Australia, I know it will be a new life altogether. Along with exploring the Pandora's , box, meeting people and making newer friends excites me the most. Can't wait to be a part of the beautiful culture of Australia and enjoy the exquisite locales of its coastlines.
